Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
- This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- Participants must receive the official offer email from Energy Savings Guru and respond with all required information within the specified timeframe to be eligible.
Claim Requirements
- Step 1: Within 48 hours of receiving the offer email, participants must submit the following information: their most recent energy bill, current energy supplier details, contract end date, and any specific contract preferences.
- Step 2: Upon receipt of all required information, Energy Savings Guru will prepare and send a tailored energy quote to the participant.
- Step 3: After receiving the quote, participants can follow the claim process to receive a £25 Amazon gift card.
  - If participants choose to proceed with the quoted offer and complete the switch to Energy Savings Guru, the gift card value will be increased to £50 after the switch is finalised.
Submission Guidelines
- Participants must ensure that all requested information is submitted within the initial 48-hour window. Claims where information is incomplete or submitted after the 48-hour deadline will not be valid for the gift card offer.
- Once the quote has been issued, participants can follow the provided instructions to submit their TrustPilot review and claim their gift card.
Gift Card Distribution
- The Amazon gift card will be sent to the email address provided within 7 business days after verification of all claim steps.
- For clients proceeding with the quote, the £50 gift card will be issued after the energy switch is complete.
Limitations
- Only one gift card claim is permitted per participant.
- Energy Savings Guru reserves the right to decline claims where the 48-hour information submission timeframe is not met or required steps are incomplete.
- Energy Savings Guru reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
